Shipping Policy
We want every order to arrive clearly, safely, and as quickly as possible. Delivery time includes both processing time and shipping time.
Order Processing Time
Most verified orders are processed within 48 hours after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will usually be processed on the next business day.
During peak seasons, promotions, or temporary stock shortages, some orders may require an additional 3-5 business days for warehouse transfer or preparation.
Shipping Area
We currently ship to the United States and selected international destinations.
For domestic orders, we ship within the United States. For international orders, shipping is available to selected countries and regions, including but not limited to Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Singapore, Bhutan, China, Brazil, United Arab Emirates, Austria, and Australia.

International Shipping
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and available carrier service.
Available international carriers may include DHL Express, UPS, and USPS, depending on the destination country or region.
Estimated delivery time for international orders will be displayed at checkout when available. Please note that customs processing, duties, taxes, and carrier delays may affect the final delivery time.
Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear after the package has been handed to the carrier.

• Delivery may take longer due to severe weather, carrier delays, address issues, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
• Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may be unable to change the address.
• If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the original shipping cost may not be refundable.
