Return Window

Customers may request a return within 30 days after receiving the product.

Return Conditions

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition.

Items must be returned with original packaging, tags, labels, and any included accessories.

For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel that has been worn directly on the body, items with removed protective strips, washed items, damaged items, or altered items cannot be returned unless the item is defective or incorrect.

A receipt, order number, or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that show signs of wear, washing, perfume, makeup, deodorant, stains, or damage.

Panties, bodystockings, intimate bottoms, and other hygiene-sensitive items once protective packaging or hygiene protection has been removed.

Final sale items or items marked as non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to personal reasons, such as size preference, style preference, or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us with photos and your order number. We will help resolve the issue and provide further instructions.

Please do not send your return to the sender address on your package or to our business address unless our customer service team has confirmed it.

How to Request a Return

Email info@rslove.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for return.

Our customer service team will review your request and provide return instructions if the item is eligible.

Pack the item securely and ship it according to the instructions provided by our team.

After we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 1-3 business days for us to process the return. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

PayPal refunds may take up to 48 hours after processing. Credit card refunds may take 7-10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped or prepared for dispatch. If your order has already shipped, we cannot cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@rslove.com if you need help with an order.
