Return and Refund Policy
We hope you love your RSLove order. If something is not right, review the conditions below before requesting a return or refund.
30-Day Return Window
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original tags, packaging, and hygiene protection intact.
Hygiene Restrictions
For health and hygiene, panties, bodystockings, hosiery, and intimate bottoms cannot be returned after wear or after a hygiene seal or protective liner has been removed, altered, or damaged. Please check sizing and fit before removing hygiene protection.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, fragrance, stains, damage, or alteration
- Items without original tags, packaging, or required hygiene protection
- Gift cards, final-sale items, and items identified as non-returnable before purchase
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, contact info@rslove.com with your order number and clear photos before returning it.
Return Shipping
Return shipping may be deducted from the refund unless the item is confirmed faulty or incorrect. Original shipping charges and duties are not refundable unless required by law.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Your payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
Start a Return
Email info@rslove.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason. Do not send an item back until return instructions have been provided.
