How do I place an order?

Select the available color and size, add the item to your cart, and follow the secure checkout steps. Review your email and shipping address before completing payment.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Contact info@rslove.com as soon as possible with your order number. We cannot guarantee a change after processing or dispatch begins.

Sizing and Fit

How do I choose a size?

Use the size information provided for the specific product. Fit can vary by style and fabric. One Size does not mean every body size; check the product measurements and comfortable stretch range where provided.

What should I check for stockings?

Review the stocking length and the comfortable stretch range at the thigh band. Stop wearing the item if the band causes discomfort.

Shipping

When will my US order arrive?

Orders require processing before dispatch. After dispatch, Economy shipping is estimated at 5–8 business days and Standard shipping at 3–4 business days. Transit estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

When is US shipping free?

Economy shipping is free on eligible US orders over $69. Other services and international costs are shown at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Available destinations, services, and prices appear at checkout. Import duties and taxes may apply unless checkout states otherwise.

Payments

How can I pay?

PayPal is currently active. Available methods shown at checkout are the current source of truth and may vary by market, currency, and device.

Why was my payment declined?

Confirm your billing details and PayPal account status. Your payment provider may decline or review a transaction for security reasons.

Returns

What is the return window?

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and retain their tags, packaging, and hygiene protection.

Which hygiene restrictions apply?

Panties, bodystockings, hosiery, and intimate bottoms cannot be returned after wear or after a hygiene seal or protective liner is removed, altered, or damaged. Review the full Return and Refund Policy before trying on.

Product Care

How should I care for delicate lingerie and hosiery?

Follow the product care label. When permitted, hand wash gently in cool water, avoid bleach and rough surfaces, and air dry away from direct heat. Store hosiery separately from jewelry and sharp objects.
